Authentic Grenadine


Over the last 40 years, commercial grenadine has devolved from its regal origins to nothing more than red #40 and corn syrup. Derived from the Spanish word "Granada," meaning pomegranate, grenadine was made by crushing lush pomegranate seeds and blending them with sugar. We've gone back and created the product the way it was intended: bold red, sweet, with a bright pomegranate flavor.

Did you know: Grenadine syrup bears the name of the Grenadines, some 32 islands strung along the Eastern Caribbean, just south of St. Vincent and just north of Grenada.

    This is far and away the finest grenadine I have EVER tasted. It has helped me convert friends back to the old fashioned "Old Fashioned"- made with good bitters, brandy, grenadine and real cherries. I can't thank you enough, nor can my recent 'converts' who long abandoned what was passing for old fashioned-fake cherries, neon red grenadine, crappy brandy. It is also excellent as a refreshing drink with lemonade, or with soda water. I love this product!!!
