Alex, the Fasano’s hand picked chief bartender and mixologist was working the product for everyone and he was showing all how to make a drink: Dirty Martini, Pina Colada, Cosmo, Apple Tini, Mojito, Margarita – etc. He said: “the savings in fresh produce alone, given the amount they buy and the spoil rate and waste - is a huge advantage because of the quality of the product”.
